    Right here in Toronto.
  3. Where can I shop Grayes?
    Online. But we also do pop-ups, trunk shows and other events — reach out for more information or to set something up with us!
  4. Do I need to set up an account to purchase online?
    Nope! But creating an account makes tracking orders, reviewing past purchases, and saving address and payment details quick and easy.
  5. Can I modify or cancel my order?
    If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email shop@grayes.com directly. We can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to accommodate your request, but we’ll do our best.
  6. Where does GRAYES ship?
    Currently, we only ship to Canada. US shipping is coming soon!
  7. What are my shipping options and what is the cost? 
    We offer free ground shipping on all orders.
  8. When can I expect my package?
    We process orders within 1 – 3 business days, and ship all orders through standard ground shipping which takes roughly 2 – 10 business days. We provide you with tracking information so you can check on the status the whole time. A signature is required to accept delivery.
  9. Can I return my item?
    All items may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns after 10 days. The items must be in the condition received with all original packaging and labels – unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All returns are free of charge. There is no return shipping fee or restocking fee.
  10. How do I make a return?
    If you would like to return or exchange any of your items, please email us with your order number and the items you would like to return or exchange.
    We will then email you a return shipping label to affix to the outside of your package. Please place the items you wish to return in the original packaging. Please fill out and include the return slip in your original shipment. Please drop off package at the appropriate shipping carrier.
    We will process your return within 1 – 3 business days upon receipt of items and send you an email to inform you that the return has been processed and a refund issued to the original method of payment. It may take 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
  11. What if there is an issue with my order?
    We are happy to help! If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item please email shop@grayes.com with a photo of the item and a brief description.
  12. How do I make an exchange?
    Please follow instructions for returns (above), then place a new order for the desired item.
